INSTRUCTIONS
- Toast the two slices of bread until they are golden brown. You can use a toaster or a skillet for this step.
- Fry the Bologna: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the two slices of Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Dutch Grillers Double Smoked Sweet Lebanon Bologna in the skillet. Cook each slice for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and slightly crispy.
Assemble:
- Place one slice of the toasted bread on a plate.
- Layer the cut Romaine lettuce on the bread.
- Add the tomato slices on top of the lettuce.
