Super Bowl “Crack” – Buffalo Chicken Bologna Ranch
Get ready for the ultimate game-day snack that’s guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser! This Super Bowl “Crack” combines the bold flavors of buffalo chicken, smoky Seltzer’s Lebanon Bologna, and melty cheddar cheese, all loaded onto crispy Wellington Traditional Water Crackers. Baked to perfection and finished with a drizzle of creamy homemade ranch, this dish is the perfect balance of spicy, savory, and tangy.
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven 425°F.
In a small bowl, toss shredded chicken in buffalo sauce, set aside.
Place the crackers onto a large baking sheet. Make sure the crackers are close together, but not in a pile.
Sprinkle a little more than half of the cheese throughout, buffalo chicken, Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna and the remaining cheese.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Blend together the ingredients for the homemade ranch with an immersion blender until smooth
Remove the pan from the oven and let it cool for 2-3 minutes so the cheese can slightly harden.
Drizzle ranch on top.
Break apart crackers if serving on a serving dish or serve straight on the sheet pan with ranch.

INGREDIENTS
- Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna, chopped
- Wellington Traditional Water Crackers
- 1-1.5 lbs chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch for drizzling + more to serve
- 8 oz block yellow cheddar, shredded
Homemade ranch:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsps buttermilk
- 2 tsps onion powder
- 2 tsps garlic powder or fresh clove of garlic
- Fresh herbs- chive, parsley, green onion and cilantro
