Valentine’s Charcuterie Board
Elevate your Valentine’s Day celebration with a beautifully curated charcuterie board featuring a delightful selection of premium meats, cheeses, and flavorful oils. INSTRUCTIONS
- Start with a wooden board, marble slab, or even a heart-shaped tray to match the theme.
- Prepare bologna roses: To create the Bologna roses, simply slice 4-5 slices of each Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original and Sweet Lebanon Bologna in half. Layer 8 to 10 of those halves over each other in a straight line. Roll from one into the other, creating a beautiful spiral shape. Then fan out the edges to mimic petals. To keep the rose together, use a decorative appetizer skewer, and set aside, ready to add to the board.
- Slice each of the Royal Hollandia cheeses into fun little shapes and sizes.
- Pour each of the International Collection oils into ramekins.
- Add each of the prepared charcuterie ingredients onto your board, starting with the larger items like the crackers and the cheese, followed by the meats and oils.
- Finally, add fruits, nuts of choice, and fresh herbs like rosemary for a polished look.
