Bologna Deviled Eggs
In this spicy and smoky twist on classic deviled eggs, the bold flavor of our Sweet Chipotle Lebanon Bologna adds the perfect amount of heat and richness. A delicious appetizer for spring brunches or gatherings, this dish is easy to make and sure to impress your guests!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolk to a small bowl with a spoon and place the egg whites on a plate.
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir everything together until it’s creamy.
  3. Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white.
  4. Garnish with a generous amount of Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Sweet Chipotle Lebanon Bologna bits and top with a sprinkle of chives.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Sweet Chipotle Lebanon Bologna, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely diced
