Chopped Italian Sandwich 10 min / Serves 6
Our Chopped Italian Sandwiches, featuring Original Lebanon Bologna Smokehouse Snackers and Pre-Sliced Smoke ’N Honey Lebanon Bologna, are the ultimate upgrade. Inspired by the viral TikTok Italian hoagie, it’s quick, easy, and totally customizable!
INSTRUCTIONS
- Remove seeds from pepperoncinis and discard. Finely chop banana peppers, pepperoncinis, red onion, and lettuce. Add to a large mixing bowl.
- Next, chop Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Smoke ‘N Honey Lebanon Bologna, Seltzer’s Original Lebanon Bologna Smokehouse Snackers, and provolone cheese into small pieces. Add to the mixing bowl.
- Add Mayo, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano to the bowl.
- Use a wooden spoon and thoroughly mix chopped sandwich ingredients until well combined.
- Scoop into the sub rolls and top with a pinch of oregano.

- 3 Pepperoncinis, from jar
- 1 red onion
- 2 cups green lettuce, chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
- 1 ½ cups mayonnaise
- ½ tsp salt
