Ideal for lunch, dinner, or even a comforting midnight snack, this grilled cheese is perfect for a satisfying meal. The best part? It only takes a few minutes to make, but it’s packed with plenty of savory, smoky flavors thanks to our Sweet Lebanon Bologna and melty cheese.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make dill butter by combining the butter, fresh dill and salt. Spread onto all four bread slices.
- Move two of the bread slices to the side and top the other two buttered bread slices with grated Gayo Azul® Gouda Cheese, crumbled Gayo Azul® Cotija, slices of Seltzer’s Sweet Lebanon Bologna, dill pickle slices and a more of both cheeses. Finally, top with the other two bread slices.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, lower the heat to medium-low and add 1 Tablespoon of cooking oil and spread around the pan. Grill the sandwiches in the pan on both sides until the cheese has fully melted and the bread is toasty and golden.

- 10 slices Dill Pickles
