Preheat the oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Blend softened cream cheese & sour cream. Fold in all other ingredients.
Spread evenly in the dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Broil a few minutes if you would like the top extra browned. Serve immediately with crackers and/or baguette.
Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan, shredded fresh
1 cup mozzarella, shredded fresh
1 cup Gayo Azul Gouda, shredded
2 cups shredded chicken
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained & chopped
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
6 oz spinach, chopped (I didn’t use enough I was rushing lol)
(Reserve extra cheese to sprinkle on top of dip before baking)
*parsley & more paprika on top to garnish
