Fall head over heels this Valentine’s Day with our Marry Me Chicken Dip! Featuring the bold, smoky flavor of Seltzer's Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna and the rich, creamy texture of Gayo Azul Gouda, this dish is the perfect combination of comfort and indulgence. Whether you’re planning a cozy night in or a Galentine’s gathering, this skillet dip will have everyone swooning.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking dish or cast iron skillet. 

  2. Blend softened cream cheese & sour cream. Fold in all other ingredients.

  3. Spread evenly in the dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Broil a few minutes if you would like the top extra browned. Serve immediately with crackers and/or baguette.

INGREDIENTS

  • Seltzer’s Pre-Sliced Original Lebanon Bologna

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup parmesan, shredded fresh

  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded fresh

  • 1 cup Gayo Azul Gouda, shredded 

  • 2 cups shredded chicken

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained & chopped

  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

  • 6 oz spinach, chopped (I didn’t use enough I was rushing lol)

  • (Reserve extra cheese to sprinkle on top of dip before baking)

  • *parsley & more paprika on top to garnish
